In writing my site, I took the option to use frames as a menu system.
In fact, both Netscape and Explorer support frames and they acount for nearly 99% of the browser market.
So I decided to drop unframed browsers.

Who am I to tell you that ?

Simply someone out there.
I'm a graduate Engineer from the Ecole Centrale de Lyon - where I earned my nickname of "Mutos" -, who works in Computer Sciences and Mechanical Sciences - to be true, Finite Elements and the like -.
I live in France, near Paris.
I have been driving a '72 VW Beetle for 10 years and intend to go on for at least another decade.
I just have bought my first bike.
It's a 125cc, so in France I have no need for a riding licence.
But I nonetheless intend to pass the licence and get me a Harley one day.
Also, I enjoy horseriding, specially trekking.
And of course I read and watch much Sci.-Fi., fantasy and all that stuff, including a good deal of manga-anime.
